organic vs convencional chemical composition of carrots

According to WRZODAK, SZWEJDA-GRZYBOWSKA, ELKNER, BABIK (2012) analyzed different chemical and physical properties and found that 2 carrot cultivars are different if grown under organic or conventional conditions.acording to the author the two cultivars have signifcantly more β-carotene when they were grown in the conventional system but the nitrate content in the carrot roots immediately after harvesting both cultivars grown in the conventional system was significantly higher than in the roots from organic cultivation. The autor says that in the most of the cases, the values are p< 0,05, but we can't prove that because we don't have suficient information to do the student T test.
